KashFlow, the award-winning Cloud accounting application, and its CRM counterpart Really Simple Systems have set up a marketing partnership based around a live link between the two applications.
The integration means that sales people will be able to view customers’ accounts from within their CRM application, and can raise quotes and invoices that will feed straight into the accounting system.
The two companies have been collaborating for several months and the interface between the two products was put out for user testing in mid-February. Really Simple Systems CEO said there would be no charge for the integration module and that the collaboration would mean that each company would promote it to their respective users.
KashFlow founder and managing director Duane Jackson commented, “The ability to generate accounting transactions within the CRM system eliminates re-typing errors and speeds up the issuing of invoices and ultimately cash collection. By clicking straight through to KashFlow from Really Simple Systems, sales personnel will be able to resolve account issues in a more timely fashion, providing better customer service.”
