Stuart Lipinski

Having been a senior member of PhotoBox's Operations Team for almost six years, Stuart has played a key role in developing the company's customer care strategy; as the UK Customer Support Manager he held day-to-day accountability for the smooth running of the company's multi-channel customer care including the contact centres and website. He and his team were tasked with continually improving the service operation, with their eyes firmly focused on technological advancements and innovations that help deliver improved customer experiences while driving operational efficiencies.

Now responsible for developing the systems and processes in use by the Customer Service teams across the PhotoBox Group, his experience of exceeding the expectations of customers through innovative use of technology enables PhotoBox to continue to delight it's customers through the service it offers.

Stuart joined PhotoBox in 2004 as UK Customer Support Manager. He has more than 15-years customer care experience, having previously been part of the management team of Contact Centres in Lloyds TSB and NTL, and working in the public sector developing fledgling contact centre agents.
