Peter Bradley

Peter Bradley served as navigator and operations officer in the Royal Fleet Auxiliary, with active service during the Falklands conflict.

In 1984 he joined the Royal National Lifeboat Institution as Inspector of lifeboats. In more recent years Peter has run the RNLI trials and development section and prevention programmes.

Currently Peter manages RNLI operational requirements for ICT and manages major ICT projects for the operations department. He also has oversight of operational content of all internal and external facing media. Peter's responsibilities also include MOB Guardian, the RNLI developed satellite vessel alerting and man overboard system.

Peter's varied role oversees regulatory compliance for navigation safety and marine radio navigation electronics equipment in relation to licensing and RNLI use of radio spectrum. Additionally he assists the International Maritime Rescue Federation at the International Maritime Organisation on matters concerning eNavigation and radio communications.
