David Jack

David joined thetrainline.com from Betfair where he was initially Director of Engineering and Head of Advanced Technology and played a key role in helping shape a technology organisation that provided the platform for the growth of Europe's preeminent online business.

He then went onto found the New Ventures team at Betfair and through his work here moved to become Founder CEO of Tradefair, a spin-out from Betfair, targeting the CFD space. Here he led the development of the organisation from start-up before leaving to join thetrainline.com

David's earlier career includes leadership roles with start up companies ITIM and Zygon and within the engineering teams of Citrix, Novell and Borland.
