Charlie Duff

Charlie is a journalist who has dedicated her career to human resources journalism. Now editing HRzone.co.uk, she specialises in online media, beginning her career in HR publishing after graduating with a Postgraduate Diploma from Cardiff University's School of Journalism. Previously she was assistant editor and web editor for B2B magazine the HRDIRECTOR.

She now commissions, manages and writes for the site, live-blogs from conferences, edits all the content you see and interviews the great and good from the world of HR. Recent interviewees have included Dave and Wendy Ulrich, Marcus Buckingham, James Reed and two of the stars of Channel 4's Undercover Boss series. A social media junkie, she loves being a part of the HR digital and real-life community.
