Sage has bolstered its mid market CRM offering with the UK launch of Sage SalesLogix Cloud to allow customers to exploit the benefits of CRM in the cloud, while retaining control of their data.

The private Cloud solution combines the benefits of traditional Software as a Service (SaaS) with the security and control of on-premise package, allowing mid market organisations to access their customer data and customise their software in the way that suits them best and choose where their data and applications reside, whether online, offline or on their mobiles.

The new Cloud deployment option, built on Amazon’s Web platform, Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), gives users even greater freedom to access vital information how, when and where they need it, safely and securely, the company says, performing equally well in the workplace or out in the field.

Designed for organisations with more complex business requirements, Sage SalesLogix includes everything from contact management, multi-channel campaign management, e-marketing and mobile access to business analytics and reporting, back office integration and customisation capabilities.

Built on a standards-based platform, Sage says SalesLogix Cloud can be integrated with other business management software, desktop applications and web services for a holistic customer view. SalesLogix Cloud provides 100 GB of data storage for every 50 users.
