Coral, part of Gala Coral Group, has rolled out WorkPlace’s Cloud-based OnLine Workforce Management (WFM) across 1,700 licensed betting shops and 10,000 colleagues.

The Group’s operations are primarily focused in the UK, and also Italy – the two most attractive gambling markets in Europe.
As a firm of its size, Coral needs to manage its employees effectively in order to ensure consistent customer service levels as well as reduce costs and reduce administration time.
Coral has implemented WorkPlace OnLine Cloud Schedule and Attendance Management with USB biometric registration devices. The solution will enable the company to deploy the right people in the right place at the right time to meet customer demand and provide visibility of labour across all shops.
